QUALITY POLICY

Vambeck Sign Design Ltd., trading as VAMBECK SIGNS and GET SIGNS HERE.COM, is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of signs and related products and services. Signs specific to customer needs are designed and manufactured as well as standard signs for stock such as Construction site Health and Safety signs.

We are a member of the CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY FEDERATION.

Processes undertaken by the company include Large Format Printing (both UV and eco-solvent), vinyl conversion, cutting, folding, spray painting, screen printing, thermal forming, assembly, encapsulating, laminating and mounting. The company operates a design service for products and services to be provided which ranges from shop signs and vehicle liveries to stickers and posters.

The company is committed to the manufacture and delivery of a quality product which conforms to its own standards, customer requirements and Health and Safety Authority´s recommendations, Ref: HSA (G) 1 (REV2) implementing council Directive 92/58/EEC and S.I. No. 132 of 1995. To ensure that these goals are achieved and adhered to, the company has developed and implemented a documented quality system.

The effectiveness of the system is monitored through the application of an internal audit programme, management reviews and control of corrective and preventive actions. These actions together with the establishment of quality goals and objectives ensure that the system is maintained and developed on a continuous basis.

All employees are responsible for the consistent application of this quality policy and for ensuring that defects, deviations or improvements are promptly identified and reported to the appropriate level of management.
